Review A beer-like malt beverage with the alcohol removed. Indeed it looks a lot like a beer when poured into a pint glass: a pretty amber color with mellow bubbles. Malt sodas are often sour with an off taste of stale beer, but the fruit flavors here are strong enough to cover up any sour flavors. In fact the interplay of sweet and sour flavors makes this drink more interesting than the ordinary fruit soda. The sour edge perks up the fruit flavors and cuts through the sweetness, making for a refreshing and exciting drink.
