Review This soda is light and effervescent on the tongue. A beguiling mix of sweet flavors with light bitter grapefruit and ginger flavors. It's like a sweet and sour lemonade. More candy-like than a Chinotto drink, although it is similar in its bitter fruit aftertaste. A lighter drink than the supercharged flavor the the little aperitifs like Sanbitter, although it has a similar mix of sweet and bitter. This reminds me of a mellow dry ginger ale with complex rich flavor.
